Good Friday is the day we remember Jesus’ death—a story of betrayal, injustice, and a world that so often breaks our hearts. As we hear the gospel, we also hold the reality that this story is not just in the past. Even now, people are harmed, accused, and treated unjustly.

On this night, we gather to sit with that truth—honestly, quietly, and together.

Join us for Good Friday worship at 7:00 pm, in person or via live stream on our website. We will leave in silence and in darkness, holding space for grief, reflection, and the weight of the story.

Looking for signs? We've got a couple of new ones and an old favorite.

Special thanks to our amazing fix-it-folks who help install and maintain almost all of our signage--including our new sign on the corner.

On MLK Jr. Day, we gathered on our corner with messages of love, inclusion, and justice, giving thanks for the life and witness of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

As we remember his legacy, we pray that we might rise up with greater readiness; Stand with greater determination; Move on in these powerful days; And do God’s will; trusting that together we will get to the promised land.*

*This prayer includes excerpts from the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s final speech, “I Have Been to the Mountaintop,” delivered on April 3, 1968.

’Twas the night before Christmas Eve at Holy Spirit’s door,
With ladders and checklists and “just one thing more.”
Volunteers checked candles (and prayed, “Hope they don’t drip!”),
Each wick set to glow for a Silent Night tip.

Fix-it-folks hustled with flashlights in tow,
Prepared for a power outage—"just in case, you never know!"
Musicians rehearsed till the harmonies shone,
Stopping once or twice to debate a wrong tone.

Pastors hung greenery with Christmas Eve flair
While sneaky decorators stuck stars everywhere.
And Joan in the office, calm as could be,
Printed seven hundred bulletins—“Phew, that’s a lot for me!”

With the church all prepared, spirits merry and bright,
We rested at last—Christmas Eve comes tomorrow night.
