This was our last week of summer at His Kids! 🥹😭
We enjoyed lots of time outside and a fun Field Day! We soaked up our last days playing the games we love and our friends at Hugo Volunteer Fire & Rescue brought Sparky for a visit, let us hang out in the truck and then cooled us off! 🤗🚒🧯

THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR CHILDREN WITH US!! It has been a JOY!❤️🥰 We look forward to seeing our retuning students - and some new friends - next week for our Afterschool Program! 📚🚌✏️

During the last few weeks of our Summer Program, we had a fun, Girls🩷vs Boys🩵 Mission Project Challenge called “Nickel Wars!” 🤩

The kids were encouraged to bring in loose change to fill our jars as a donation for the Backpack Buddies Program, which serves our friends at Contentnea-Savannah K-8 School
And now…here are our FINAL RESULTS...

...Twas the night before the last day of Summer Camp! 🥹😩

So thankful for these ladies (and Miss Abby & Mrs. Leigh), for all their creativity, and for the genuine love and amazing care they give the children who are entrusted to us! ❤️
We are grateful for the commitment and respect they have for every family, each other, and the ministry of Sharon Church. ❤️ THANK YOU LADIES! It was an honor to celebrate you! ❤️

Yesterday we said, "See ya later" to Miss Abby who is returning to ECU for fall classes. 😢
Miss Abby was a wonderful addition to our summer staff and we look forward to having her join us on school breaks and can't wait to welcome her back next summer! ☀️
