What an awesome day today. Lord we thank you for your love and your presence in our midst today. We praise you because while we were still sinners you gave your son to carry the weight of all our sin, shame, and guilt. And because of your love for us the verdict is not guilty. Thank you Lord for the new building, to be able to worship you in. I pray lives are changed, brokenness restored, souls saved, and freedom here.

Put some action to your words. If we listen but but do nothing then where is the gain. We can listen to all every podcast, we can read every Bible study, we can memorize every textbook, but if we don’t allow it to root and take action its all for nothing

The Word of God was never meant to inform us only it was meant to transform us.

Don’t look in the mirror today and see what needs to be changed and do nothing.

“But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does. If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one’s religion is useless. Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.”
