A recent survey cited by "The New York Times" suggests that 54% of high school students suffered from moderate to severe depression, and that 80% of the same population suffered from anxiety.
If you are a student or parent in Eastern NC with whom the above statistic resonates, we hope that you'll consider joining us Dec. 9-10 for our first-ever "December D-Now." Our theme will be "God's Grace in the Face of Busy Schedules and Crushing Pressures."
Cameron Cole, the chairman of Rooted: Advancing Grace-Driven Student Ministry, will serve as the guest speaker for the weekend. A sample of his writing is attached. For more information, please contact Davis at the church office! (252-522-5799; [email protected]).
