This special time is an opportunity for parents to publicly commit to raising their children in the love and ways of the Lord, surrounded by the support and prayers of our church family.

August 23rd we had the chance to celebrate and pray over all educators in Lenoir County. We are so thankful for those who pour into the lives of students. We followed that service with a luncheon. It was a special service, the luncheon was a great time of fellowship and encouragement with an excellent meal put together by our cooking team at the church.

As the school year is now in full swing, we say thank you to all those who serve students in our area.

Bethel Church to Host Fall Fashion Show and Vendor Market

Bethel Church’s V.I.N.E. Ladies Ministry will host a Fall Fashion Show and Vendor Market on Saturday, September 26, from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. in the Bethel Church gym, located at 1936 Banks School Road in Kinston. Admission is free, and everyone is invited to attend.

This year’s event, inspired by Proverbs 31:25, “She is clothed in strength and dignity,” will offer a fun day of shopping, food, fellowship, and encouragement.

Guests will have the opportunity to shop with more than 45 local boutiques, artisans, bakers, and specialty vendors. Featured boutiques will include Lolly Pops and Airplanes, Gigi and Co., Taylor Creek, Honey Pepper, Lovie Janes, The Collective, and Wild Arrow Boutique. Food trucks will also be available throughout the day.

Guest speaker Kendra Dodson will share an encouraging message at noon, followed by the fashion show featuring styles from participating boutiques. Jessica Rogers will serve as emcee for the show.

The V.I.N.E. Ladies Ministry invites women, families, and friends throughout the community to enjoy a wonderful fall afternoon while supporting local boutiques, small businesses, and vendors.

Make plans to join us on Saturday, September 26, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Bethel Church. Admission is free!
