Join us for our Christmas Eve service this Wednesday at 5:30p. We'll be gathering to celebrate the birth of Christ by worshiping through song and scripture readings. This is a family-worship service so there will be no kids ministry but we encourage all ages to join us as we fix our eyes upon Christ.

The Christ Church Kingwood Youth left for the World Changers Mission Trip early this morning. They will be traveling to Fort Smith, Arkansas, for a week of construction projects, evangelism, worship, and fun. We ask that you pray for them each day they are on this trip.
If you would, please pray for the following:
-Pray for safety in their travel and on the worksite.
-Pray for each student and leader by name if you can.
-Pray for spiritual renewal in the hearts of our students as they serve.
-Pray for their endurance and patience as they serve others.
-Pray that those they serve would see their good deeds and give Glory to our Father in heaven.
-Pray that those they serve will hear the Good News they are sharing and believe.

Support our upcoming Youth Mission Trip by attending our annual garage sale fundraiser this Saturday. All funds raised go toward the total cost of attending World Changers this summer. Please make sure your student is there to help out Saturday Morning.

Youth Pie & Cake Auction
When: Sunday, April 27th | 6:00 PM
Where: Covenant Preparatory School, 1711 Hamblen Rd
You are cordially invited to an evening of desserts and fellowship at our Annual Youth Group Pie & Cake Auction!
There are two ways to support our Youth Group in this fundraiser:
If you can bake, we need your dessert expertise! Puddings, pies, cakes, cookies... we will take it all! Please consider donating one or more desserts that can be auctioned off.
If you can eat desserts, we need you to come and bring your friends and families to enjoy the fun of the auction together!
We will provide delicious locally roasted coffee and a variety of teas. You are encouraged to open your desserts and enjoy with those around you! This is a wonderful event and we hope to see you all there! All proceeds go toward our Youth Mission Trip.

Join us this Sunday at 10:00 AM as we celebrate the Risen Lord Jesus! Because He lives, we have an unshakable future hope, but we are also promised newness of life here and now. And our prayer is that we would experience this newness of life as we worship Him in Spirit and in Truth.
Following the service, we will meet at 12:30 PM at Patrick & Cheryl Wimberly’s yard to celebrate baptisms, followed by a time for fellowship with a meal. We ask that you bring food for your group/family, some to share if you’d like, along with blankets and/or lawn chairs. We will have many chairs available, but lawn chairs are recommended with the number of friends and family attending. Direction cards to the Celebration are located at the Connections table.

If you or a family member would like to be baptized, please contact our elders or your small group leader. We look forward to celebrating with the church family!

This weekend, April 11th-13th, the CCK Women’s ministry will be returning to Hunt Retreat for their annual Women’s Retreat. This retreat is a time for women to gather together and rest as God’s church. The hope is to relax and engage one another with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Please be praying for their time together.
