Strategic Positioning.

READING: Psalm 127:3-5

“I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; They shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent, And give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.”-(Isa 62:6-7).

Intercessors are people strategically positioned by God’s own design to accomplish a divine assignment through their sacrificial praying. They are not there for their personal agenda but for the Kingdom’s. They do a great job for King of kings; the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Lord works with intercessors to bring about the fulfillment of His plans and purposes, He Himself being our High Priest; the Chief Intercessor. When people intercede, they clear “obstacles” in the spiritual realm, manifesting in the physical, to establish what the Lord has purposed. They also remind God of His promises. And when they pray with declarations, they reaffirm what the Lord has declared by His Word to bring them about.

There, therefore, has to be continuous intercession by many more people to ensure that the will of God is being done. Not much happens when it is occasional or totally missing. This is why many more have to join in, some praying in the daytime and others in the night till we see answers. Will you be one of such? Remember, Jesus is coming soon!

🙏 PRAYER: Heavenly Father, please help me with what it takes to become an intercessor. For that, I ask for the unction to function as one from now onwards in Jesus’ name. Amen!
