With the start of September, comes the end of our Blue Fridge Summer Fundraiser, where we hoped to raise $5000 by August 31st. We are overjoyed to report, that not only did we reach our goal, but thanks to a generous, campaign-matching donation by Sunflower Market we have doubled the amount we set out to raise!!! That's right Kingston, we raised $10,000 for the Blue Fridge this August! Holy moly!!! We cannot thank everyone who contributed enough. Big or small, your donations got us here and the Blue Fridge is better off for it. Thanks again to Sunflower Market for their generous donation! Together, we sure were there for the Blue Fridge!
Since 2020, our outdoor community fridge has provided free food to anyone in needāno questions asked. The Blue Fridge is located at 122 Clinton Ave, Kingston, NY 12401 and is open everyday from 7am-7pm. It is stocked daily. Please come by if you are in need or struggling for food.
