BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR JESUS 2026 APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN!

Birthday Party for Jesus is a Christmas outreach ministry of Southeast Community Church dedicated to sharing the love of Jesus with families in our community who are facing financial hardships, unexpected challenges, or difficult circumstances this Christmas season.

Through an evening of dinner, fellowship, an encouraging message, and Christmas gifts for children, our hope is to bring joy, encouragement, and a reminder that every family is seen, valued, and loved. ❤️

If your family could use a little extra love and support this Christmas, we warmly invite you to apply!

We understand that asking for help isn't always easy. Our application does not require financial documents, proof of income, or other financial records. We simply ask that you share a little about your family's circumstances so we can thoughtfully review each application.

Deadline: October 30th at 5 PM, or once 50 applications have been received- whichever comes first.

Applications will be reviewed, and participation is not guaranteed. All applicants will be notified by November 10th.

God’s Word doesn’t just tell us what we want to hear. It tells us what we need to hear.

When we open our Bibles and seek Him, God reveals His truth, challenges our shortcomings, and reminds us that HE is sovereign and in control.

The question is, are we making time to listen?

This week in The Bridge, we learned that God's Family Serves Others.
We talked about how serving others is an important part of being in God’s family. Our children learn what it means to love and serve others not just from what we teach them, but from what they see us do every day. When we serve with willing hearts, we show God’s love through our actions.
Take a few minutes this week to ask your child what they learned on Sunday. Talk about ways your family can serve others, whether it’s helping someone in need, volunteering at church, or simply showing kindness. Look for opportunities to serve together and remind your child that even small acts of service can make a big difference. Most importantly, pray together and ask God to give your family hearts that are eager to serve Him by serving others.
