Hello everyone! Our community pantry will be open on Sunday 1/25 from 3-4:30. I'll be taking donations of non-perishable items on Wednesday 1/21 from 2-4:00 and Thursday 1/22 from 9-11 at the church. We don't need any black beans, green beans, or toilet paper. Also, PLEASE do not leave anything, food or otherwise, outside the church. If the drop off times don't work for you let me know and we'll arrange another time. Thank you!

Starting in January, the community pantry will be open on the last Sunday of each month.

The community pantry will be open this Sunday from 3:00-4:30. We will have food, toiletries, and other miscellaneous items. There is no paperwork or religious affiliation required. The church parking lot and entrance are on the corner of Bear and Cutthroat in Kings Beach. Everyone is welcome!

The community pantry will be open again on 12/14. I will be at the church to accept donations on Tuesday, 12/9 from 9-12 or by appointment. In addition to food, requested items include:
Paper towels
Coffee
Honey
Mouthwash
Denture cleaner
Toothpaste
Adult toothbrushes
Q tips
Shampoo, conditioner
Deodorant, specifically Axe underarm spray and Dove underarm spray
Poise pads, specifically size 8
Socks
Cleaning products such as Windex and Comet
Baby wipes

Hello! We will be opening the food pantry again this Sunday. There will be a volunteer meeting at 1:45 and the pantry will be open from 3:00-4:30. Everyone is welcome!

Food pantry update:
Thank you wonderful community! We had a successful first day due to your support. We had about 30 people come in, some looking for food for themselves, some getting supplies for their families. Can we keep it up? If you're interested in being a part of the volunteer crew please let me know me if you'd like to do a two hour Sunday shift at the pantry or be on the organizing committee or something else. For those who would like to donate, we don't need any black bean, green beans, pasta, or tomato products at this time. We could use dish soap, laundry soap, toothpaste, seasonings, shelf stable or powdered milk, can openers, canned chicken, and tea. Thank you!
