I don't know who wrote this. Multiple people have posted it with their name. But when I saw it in the feed, I felt it would be a blessing to post it. If I knew who originally wrote it, for sure would give them credit. I hope that this speaks to you.

Everybody looks okay until you have a deep conversation with them. Then you realise that this is a generation of people struggling to survive through smiling faces and pretty pictures.
People are going through a lot in silence. Do not be swift to judge. Mind what you say to people. Show people more love and less hate. Keep reaching out to people in the little way you can. Do not ignore people in their lowest state. A little word of advice, encouragement and support will go a long way. If you cannot be of help, please leave people as they are, do not worsen their situation.
