Some of you may been following the updates from the Mass of the Ages: the Latin Mass Trilogy Documentary started by Cameron O'Hearn and Jonathan Weiss on Kickstarter. The trilogy is shot in very crispy 4K Ultra HD, and is accompanied by an original musical score just for the film. A Hollywood level documentary production filmed by Traditional Catholics for Traditional Catholics (and everyone else!) It'll be released in 3 parts. Part 1 is to air LIVE (or watch anytime - for free) on YouTube TONIGHT at 7pm CDT. Here is the url to watch it: https://youtu.be/xdbwNMYKhw0

EMBER DAYS – starting today, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Before the revision of the Catholic Church's liturgical calendar in 1969, Our Holy Mother Church celebrated the Ember Days, or Quatuor Tempora in Latin, four times each year. In Winter, after the Feast of Saint Lucia (December 13th), in Spring, the week after Ash Wednesday, in Summer, after Pentecost Sunday, and in Autumn, after the Feast of Exaltation of the Holy Cross. The Ember Days are celebrated with fasting (no food between meals) and half-abstinence, meaning that meat is allowed at one meal per day. If you observe the traditional Friday abstinence from meat, then you would observe complete abstinence on an Ember Friday.
