In a crisis God will either save you from the danger, walk with you through it or carry you above the danger to be with Him in heaven, if you've accepted salvation through Jesus Christ. You may be running or hiding from God, but like Jonah, the Lord has an appointed plan for you. Remember your Lord, cry out to Him. He has mercy and a gift of grace for you. Once you die, you will not have another chance to accept it. Today, surrender your life to God, tell Him you want him to come into your life and make you new. Read more - Jonah 1:17 - 2:10

God will finish the work He started in you. When Jonah ran, God sent a storm and a big fish to bring him back. What storms will you endure on your way back to God? He loved the people of Nineveh and he loves the people here now. Don't run from Him like Jonah. Follow His commission to bring the world the gospel that will save them.
