Happy Father’s Day!
I am blessed to have a mentor and spiritual father who I confidently call “Papa Lem”.
Here’s his devotional for today…
I hope you are blessed!
Today, God is calling fathers to become more than providers. He’s calling us to leave a legacy of faith to our children, their children and their children.
He is calling us to become:
Blessers-
Speaking life over our children.
Teachers-
Teaching the Word of the Lord.
Spiritual Leaders-
Walking in authority and demonstrating spoken words of faith with signs following.
The greatest inheritance you can leave your children is not money.
It is not land.
It is not possessions.
It is a living example of a man who paid attention to God's Word and taught his family to do the same.
Father's Day Declaration
"Father God, help me to pay attention to Your Word. Help me to bless my children with life-giving words. Help me to teach them the fullness of Your salvation. Help me to walk in the authority Jesus purchased for me.
May my children see faith in action and inherit a legacy of blessing, healing, deliverance, and wholeness.
In Jesus' name, Amen."
