👉🏼 What happens when pride, bitterness, stubbornness, and hidden sin fracture a relationship so severely that honor/reconciliation feels impossible — until it is suddenly, tragically too late?

This Sunday, we step into the palace with a broken king — and face the deep cost of unresolved conflict and unaddressed sin.

📖 Sunday's message: “The Chamber Over the Gate: What God Teaches Us About Broken Relationships.”

We’re digging into the story of David and Absalom — a story of in**st, murder, rebellion, betrayal, emotional distance, and years of missed opportunities. A story that ends with a devastated father standing in the chamber over the gate, crying: “O my son Absalom, my son, my son Absalom! would God I had died for thee!” (2 Samuel 18:33)

The ancient truth we’ll uncover is still relevant: Unresolved conflict and unaddressed sin always destroy what remains.

🙌🏼 But praise God — the message doesn’t stop in tragedy. We will also see the hope of the Gospel, the power of biblical reconciliation, and practical steps we can take before it’s too late. You do not want to miss this continuation of our series on family and honor.

We are excited to welcome our new Youth & Worship Pastor, Glenn, and his wife, Alisa, on their first Sunday with us! This is a direct answer to prayer. We can’t wait to see how God uses them to pour into our young people and our worship.

We will never forget the fallen heroes who gave their lives for our freedom. On this Memorial Day, as we gather with family and friends, let us solemnly remember those who paid the ultimate price to protect the liberties we cherish every single day.

We are forever grateful for their sacrifice. Their courage, selflessness, and devotion to God and country will never be forgotten. Today and always, we honor their memory.

Thank you.

Their selfless sacrifice is a testament to the greatest love a person can have for their friends. Jesus said, "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends" (John 15:13 KJV).

May God bless our fallen warriors, their families, and the United States of America.

SHARE THIS AND WELCOME... Glenn and Alisa!

Praise the Lord! Today, our church voted 100% to call Glenn as our new Youth and Worship Pastor! What an incredible answer to prayer and a huge blessing for our church family!

Glenn and his wife, Alisa, have accepted the call and will be moving here on June 1st! Sunday, June 7, will be their first Sunday with us! We’ll have a special welcome and blessing service at 6 PM.

Next week, we’ll share a “pounding” list to help stock their new Keystone home with pantry goods and household items as they get settled.

Would you join us in praying for Glenn and Alisa as they prepare to move and begin this new chapter of ministry? Reach out to them, encourage them, and help us give them a warm welcome from our church family!

We are so excited to see what God will do through their ministry here!

🇺🇸Memorial Day Sunday at Church – “How the Mighty Fall and Why We Must Remember.”

What if forgetting the fallen meant forgetting who we are? Are we just pausing for barbecues and sales… or are we letting the cost of freedom rewrite how we live?

👉🏼This Sunday, we honor the brave who gave everything so we could be free — and above all, we remember the greatest sacrifice of all: Jesus Christ, who laid down His life for us.

From David’s lament over Saul and Jonathan (“How the mighty have fallen!”), to the courage of 21-year-old American Nathan Hale (“I only regret that I have but one life to lose for my country”), to the cross where our Savior willingly laid down His life for us— we’ll discover why remembrance is not optional. It strengthens a nation, preserves identity, and fuels our faith.

🤔Societies that forget their fallen warriors soon stop understanding why anything is worth defending. It’s why we must remember and why we must be willing to fight!

Memorial Day is a grateful recognition that God ordains authorities and raises up those willing to stand in the gap, to restrain evil and protect the innocent. It's right and godly to speak up for freedom, to love our military, and to honor the fallen.

🚨Honoring them glorifies the God who values life, justice, and the precious death of the faithful warriors who died defending our freedom and liberty!

We are PROUD to be Americans who love our country!
We are PROUD to be Christians who love our Savior!

We remember not to dwell on death, but because forgetting means forgetting what it means to be fully human: to love something enough to die for it. Just as Jesus died for us, we willingly lay down our lives for others.

👉🏼🔥SHARE THIS AND JOIN US FOR CHURCH ON SUNDAY // “God’s Call Points to You: How Will You Answer?” // 9 AM // 10 AM // 6 PM

🇺🇸 In 1917, Uncle Sam pointed straight at Americans and declared, “I WANT YOU!” Millions answered the call. They left their farms, classrooms, and families behind, changed their entire lives, and stepped up for a cause greater than themselves.

✝️ But there’s a far greater call going out right now.

🙌🏼 For over 6,000 years, God has been searching for surrendered, willing, available, and courageous hearts. Jesus said that He came to seek and to save the lost. His eyes still “run to and fro throughout the whole earth” (2 Chronicles 16:9) looking for those who will trust Him fully, stand in the gap, and say, “Here am I; send me.”

Jesus said, "Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me... and Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you...” Peter also reminds us... "But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light..."

👀He’s not looking for the most talented, the perfect, or those who have it all together.

He’s looking for you.

👍🏼Whether it’s trusting Him for salvation, deeper surrender, or renewed service in His work—God seeks willing hearts at every age and stage of life.

God’s call is pointing directly at you.
