If you smell something AHHMAZING… it’s Big John’s homemade chili and garlic bread!

Thats what’s on the menu today at Calvary UMC’s Bread of Life Soup Kitchen!

But wait… there’s more!

Italian Touch will also be providing some of their MOUTHWATERING sandwiches!

Full menu:
Chili with rice

Assorted Sandwiches

bottomless beverage.

Greetings beloved!

On Thursday April 9th our soup kitchen will once again be blessed by this amazing group of guys!

On the menu for April 9th:
Big John’s homemade chili, corn bread, mouthwatering sandwiches from Italian Touch and more!

In addition to their incredible homemade food, they will also be supplying those in need with homemade blankets from “Blankets from Linda,” a heartfelt non profit that provides blankets for those in need. Good morning beloved! This Sunday, March 8, 2026, there will be no 11am service as we will be having a combined worship service with Grace UMC, located at 115 St. James Ave. in Union Beach. Service starts at 9am.

]PRAYERS NEEDED: Urgent prayer request! The Scott's (From Antioch Baptist Church) 22-month-old son accidentally shot himself in the chest with a brad nailer (construction nail gun). It went off in his heart ~ He is now in critical condition and not doing well, and neither is his mom ~ Please start a prayer chain for this baby. Please copy & re-post. As you would want someone to do it for you, thanks, guys. I wanna see this as your status for at least half hr, please!!!! A good friend just posted, asking all prayer warriors to start their own chain by copy-and-posting, and I don't ask often, but this is just a baby.
