What a joy it was to worship with St. Leonard’s Anglican Church in Assisi Assisi Anglicans - St Leonard's during our recent annual pilgrimage to Italy. It is a real gift to have this connection for each cohort of The Community of Saints Francis and Clare in West Texas as we share time with our sisters and brothers in the Anglican Communion. Today marks the official end of the first cohort of The Community of Saint Francis and Clare in West Texas! What an incredible group of people. They each were blessed to go out in service to the world, living out the Great Commission. We have one final gift to give Assisi tomorrow and then we each head our separate ways to the incredible things that are next. Many blessings to .e1ia and Melanie J!!!

Today we climbed Mount Subasio to visit , an hermitage up the mountain from Assisi where Francis and his brothers would go for prayer and solitude. It remains an active Franciscan community to this day with chapels, a hike to historic sights, and incredible views of the valley below. Tomorrow is our last complete day in Assisi.
