Pentecost Sunday at Kernersville Wesleyan Church

The greatest day of hope!

When the women approached the tomb, they were frightened to learn Jesus' body was missing, not realizing His greatest miracle had taken place.

Two angels said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but has risen. " Luke 24:5

Jesus was delivered over to the hands of the sinful, then crucified. That is not the end, for He had risen, just as He said He would!

Resurrection Sunday is truly the greatest day of hope, and we anticipate an even greater day: when Jesus finally returns.

Happy Resurrection Sunday, K-Town families! May the hope and joy of Jesus' resurrection continue to change your lives, bringing you to holiness and intimacy with our Lord as we anticipate His final glorious return. Today is a day most worthy of celebration!

Due to the anticipated icy rain mix starting this afternoon and the conditions in some neighborhoods, we have decided to cancel tonight's ministry meetings to ensure everyone's safety.

We look forward to seeing you this Sunday! Don't forget to wear your favorite team's jersey or t-shirt and bring food for Project 2:42 as we support our teams for the Super Bowl.
