ASL BIBLE STUDY — YOU’RE INVITED!
Would you like to learn more about Jehovah’s Witnesses and what they believe?
Please join us for our upcoming ASL Bible Study as we study the history, background, beliefs, and teachings of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
What will we learn?
During this study, we will briefly explore:
- The history of Jehovah’s Witnesses — where the movement began and how it developed
- A timeline and historical background to help us understand its origins
- What Jehovah’s Witnesses believe and why they believe it
- Important teachings about God, Jesus Christ, salvation, the Holy Spirit, and the Bible
- How their teachings compare with historic Christian beliefs and what Scripture teaches
- How we can carefully examine and understand different teachings in their biblical and historical context
- How Christians can respond with truth, love, kindness, and respect
This study is not about attacking or judging people. Jehovah’s Witnesses are people who need to be treated with love and respect. Our goal is to understand what they believe, listen carefully, ask honest questions, and then examine those teachings in light of God’s Word.
The Bible encourages us to “test everything” (1 Thessalonians 5:21) and to “test the spirits” (1 John 4:1).

You may discover something you never knew before, and you may have questions you have never thought to ask.
Our goal is simple: Listen. Learn. Ask questions. Open the Bible. Seek the truth.
