To Christ's Beloved Community in Kernersville;

The peace of The Lord and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit keep you and bless you! The summer rapidly flys by here in NC as we get the littlest breaks from the heat this week. Our community continues to strengthen as we gear up for our Fall programming. Join us for our Blessing of the Animals on October 3rd 11a-1p and our second annual craft fair on November 7th.
We still have a lot of raffle tickets to sell for The Flowers of the Bible Quilt, so please talk with friends and family, tickets are $5 each and the money goes to support all of our programs and ministries here in Kernersville.

Peace Be with you Community!

It has been an eventful weekend in the community & the church. Saturday we spent the day at the Kernersville Honey Bee Festival promoting our weekly and extended events. We opened up the sale of our Quilt Raffle, gave away a bunch of prize wheel gifts, and handed out a $100 Visa Gift card. On Sunday we gathered for Worship & held our monthly Vestry Meeting; where we discussed how to continue growing our community & what events to host in the fall!

This +$1,000 Quilt was hand crafted & donated to our congregation to help fund our growing community by Audrey Flock. Each panel was lovingly and prayerfully made by hand, taking nearly 3 hours each. They each depict a flower from scripture & a Bible quote. It is currently on display in our sanctuary while it awaits its new home!
