Remember to make your reservation by Friday, June 12 at mainstreetumc.org for the Methodist Men's dinner on June 16 at 6:30pm. We plan to have Ashley Cooper speak to us that evening. Ashley is the coordinator of "Rest Stop", a program at Sedge Garden UMC. For those of you have haven't heard of "Rest Stop", it provides a helping hand to caregivers in the Kernersville area. The caregiver can take their loved one to Sedge Garden and leave them with trained caretakers, and have a few hours to themselves or take care of other things. If you or someone you know is taking care of a loved one, plan on attending the dinner on June 16 to learn more.

Please remember to make reservations at mainstreetumc.org by Friday, June 12 so we can prepare enough food.

Everyone is invited, so if you're interested, you are welcome to attend!

Join us on July 20-23 for our 2026 Vacation Bible School--Rainforest Falls
Get ready to step through the mist into Rainforest Falls, overflowing with wild waterfalls, towering trees, and colorful creatures. Beneath a canopy of chattering birds and howling monkeys, kids plunge into a lifelong adventure of discovering the nature of God. They’ll explore what it means to be rooted in relationship with God, their creator, a safe place in life’s storms.

This year, Main Street is excited to offer VBS in the MORNING! We hope this new time slot will be beneficial to families and kiddos, especially little ones who are tuckered out by the end of the day! VBS is open to children 3 years old (potty trained) to 5th graders. Our day starts at 9:15 am and will end around 12:15 pm. Rainforest Falls is filled with awesome Bible-learning experiences kids see, hear, and touch! We will travel from station to station enjoying Bible stories, hands-on experiments, games to get you moving, and songs that get you grooving! A small snack will be served each afternoon (so please be sure to note any allergies/dietary restrictions during registration).
