Loving the Least of These Loving the Least of These is a support ministry for foster and adoptive parents, or those who are involved in orphan care.

This group is comprised of current and previous foster and adoptive parents who desire to support the orphans within our community and the families who care for them. We focus on aiding families who are fostering or adopting, supporting local foster agencies; raising awareness; and providing education to those interested in orphan care. We strive to not only meet the physical needs for those child

ren and families but also the spiritual needs, showing Christ's love through caring for the orphans as He calls us to do. Matthew 25:40-

What an exciting morning at TBC! Thank you all for your love and support. All we had to say was wear purple to help us raise awareness for those children in fostercare and their families, then TBC showed up! There was a sea of purple and everyone stood to their feet to commit to pray for children, parents and families whose lives have been touched by foster care. May we honor God as we continue to give voice to those who have no voice!

Hey friends, asking for prayer for Eagles Nest orphanage in Guatemala. There has been civil unrest this week. All the roads in to the orphanage have been blocked - no one can get in or out. All stores and businesses have been forced to shut down. Earlier this week they shut down power to the entire town. The orphange is running out of food. They are trying to get food up the mountain to the kids via first responders but so far they haven’t been able to. A news report said that the government is sending troops in. Please pray for the workers, for the kids to get food, and for safety for everyone.

Fostering is hard, it's no secret. In the darkness that is trauma, as parents we try to be the light. That darkness, like the waves can rattle and shake us. Be encouraged on the journey and learn how to not just weather through the storm of trauma, but to swim and overcome the waves.

We are accepting sneakers for our back to school kiddos! If you have any gently used sneakers or would like to purchase a pair for a child please message our page for drop off. If you are an adoptive, foster or kinship family in need of shoes please also reach out to us! We are also still running our recycling sneaker drive! If you come across any sneakers that need to be tossed drop them by so we can recycle those for cash. All proceeds will be used to purchase new shoes. 👟👟
