*Chapel Update - Sunday Service 5/10/26*
Thank God - we have a place to meet while our little chapel in repair! A service will be held at 11AM for our chapel family in the social hall of the ‘Kerhonkson-Accord First Aid Squad’ on 6055 Route 209, Kerhonkson, NY, United States, 12446. It’s only 3 minutes from our normal Chapel facility and easy access. The social hall has its own entrance, and parking is in front of the building. Also, when parking, do not block the large garage doors of the First Aid Squad. The social hall will be open at 10AM (with coffee) for those who wish to come early and help set up. The service begins exactly at 11AM. We have been blessed to have this location for a whole month - thank you KAFAS. More information shared during the morning service. Our biblical theme for this week is called ‘Wanderings/Sojournings’ with reference to both Old and New Testament stories. Hope to see you all there!

Good Morning Chapel Family. ❤️

Due to the continued renovations at 331 Main Street and the change of hours at the Tavern, we are unable to meet this morning for a service.

Please take the day to visit other Christian churches who share the love of our Lord and pray for our situation to be remedied according to the His will.

We have some temporary local opportunities that may begin next Sunday, but I cannot share officially until I make confirmations.

Again, please pray earnestly for our future location. Thank you 🙏❤️🙂

Chapel Announcement
Good Friday, April 3rd, 2026

The Chapel is now officially emptied. Working on it today really made me reflect on what God is about to do with our Chapel family. “Friday is here, but Sunday’s a-comin’!”

When we ask God for clear direction, He knows exactly how to bring it about (see the photos). Everything is gone!

I’ve always found the chapel to be a very comfortable place — a place of transition, both for the good and the difficult. But we know that God always has a plan, especially for His children. It brings us hope as we look toward our future, whether here on Main Street or in a new location.

With what we’re experiencing right now, I believe the next decision may be our biggest step of faith yet. Jesus is asking us to walk on water — lol. Are you willing?

The physical things from our little Chapel are now safely packed in a small pod (a temporary storage unit). Yes, it all fit — thanks to God and our two new Hispanic friends from ServiceMaster, who did an excellent job packing.

How far are we from our future? The chapel still needs demolition work before renovations can begin. It’s going to take a while, but let’s trust what our Heavenly Father already knows. Let’s pray and say, “Not our will, but Yours be done.”

Thank you all for understanding our situation and for staying strong in the faith. I am excited to see what’s next and I’m asking for God’s favor with everyone we come in contact with along the way.

We will not be discouraged!
Our little boat is being rebuilt and we have safe harbor until it's finished. Please keep us in prayer as this work continues. We know our Lord is always in control and we desire His will to be done no matter what it looks like during the process.
Psalm 34:17

It was a wonderful thanksgiving day with some of our chapel family. Special thank you's to Lynn, Donna, Frankie and Vivian for all the cooking. Edie for the photos and everyone else for the great conversation and cleanup. All of us at the chapel hope your day was a blessing wherever you shared the turkey! 🦃
