We start a new sermon series this Sunday for our 11am Worship Gathering in Bowman Hall on 1 John! It’s title is “Each Other” and here’s the inspiration behind this graphic from our designer, Katey:

“1 John talks about loving each other, being in fellowship with one another, and self-sacrificing for each other. The church is full of imperfect people, but the Bible asks us to look outward from ourselves and inward towards our community, to “give up our lives for our brothers and sisters” (1 John 3:16). The letters of the series title are stretching out, reaching for others, and being impacted by others as well. Life is imperfect and messy, but God intends for us to live it in community.”

LT is a summer-long program out in Colorado where you live and work at the YMCA of the Rockies during the program as you get equipped on being a leader in the Church.
