For more than 180,000 customer accounts across seven Puerto Rican municipalities, that has become a reality under the island's current water-rationing plan.

Families need water for drinking, cooking, bathing, flushing toilets and caring for children and older adults. And this crisis has no simple timeline. Officials have warned that conditions could worsen.

ABHMS is supporting local ministry partners who are working to strengthen community water access, not just today, but for the months and years ahead.

In the wake of yesterday’s historic flooding in Nepal, International Ministries (IM) is responding with $10,000 in One Great Hour of Sharing (OGHS) emergency disaster relief funds to support our partners as they provide food, shelter, and emergency supplies to those most affected.

As relief efforts begin, IM's Area Director for East and South Asia remains in close communication with our partners in Nepal to assess needs and coordinate support.
