Today we want to shout-out our Young Adult Pastors, Dakota and Ravin Treece!
Dakota and Ravin have been attending Connection Assembly for a year now and have spent the last five months in this position pouring into our young people. As they have stepped into this ministry they have seen the Lord working through the relationships being built. Their goal is to create a place where young adults feel connected and like they belong regardless of what season of life they are in. They want to help them build genuine friendships, grow in their relationship with the Lord, and have people they can do life with. They are looking forward to continuing to grow the YA group and build stronger relationships with this generation. They have several different events planned throughout the year, like family nights, bowling, bonfires, and Friendsgiving. It doesn’t matter if you are a first time visitor, a longtime member, or somewhere in the in-between - when you meet Ravin and Dakota, you feel at home. Their love for the Lord shows in how well they love His people. Neither of them meet a stranger and you can almost always find them talking with a newcomer, praying with someone, or helping behind the scenes. When we talk about being the heart of the church, Dakota and Ravin are a great example of that. We are so blessed that they have made Connection Assembly their home. We love you guys so much!
