Kenova United Methodist Church Our Mission Statement: In the LOVE of Jesus Christ, we reach UP in Worship and Prayer, OVER in Discipleship and Care and OUT in Witness and Service.

SUNDAY Ministries:
Sunday School is available for all ages at 9:45 am. In person worship is available at 11 am in the sanctuary and is live-streamed on our page. After the children’s message during the service, children from kindergarten through 5th grade will participate in Kids own Worship. Children ages 2 through Pre-K will attend Noah’s Ark during the church service. Youth meet in th

e Parlor for Bible Study

WEDNESDAY:
5:30 pm: Snack Supper (reservations should be made by Tuesday at noon by calling the church office; no cost but donations are accepted.)
6:00 pm: Children ministries (2-5th grade)
6:00 pm: Adult Bible study in the Wesleyan Sunday School room.
7:11 pm: Chancel choir practice in the choir room. First Saturday of the Month: Men's Breakfast @ 8:00 am in the Fellowship Hall. (Breakfast, guest speaker and special music)
Second Saturday of the Month: M&Ms Women's Brunch @ 9:30 am in the Fellowship Hall. (Brunch, guest speaker and special music)

Daily during the school year: Preschool (a.k.a. Training Station) for 2- 3- and 4-year-olds. Contact the church office for registration details.

Be the first to check out Sunday, June 7, 2026 bulletin. It's the last day to submit a name for the Father's Day Bulletin. Also, we're celebrating our recent graduates and Holy Communion. Offertory will be The Old Rugged Cross, sung by Y, Jenni, and Joey and the Chancel Choir will sing, "I Know I'll be There". The Pastor will use the scripture lesson of Mark 8 :22-26 with a sermon title "Seeing Faith". Come and see what's happening at Kenova UMC.

Sit back and listen to "God on the Mountain" sung by our Chancel Choir on Sunday, May 31, 2026. The words are beautiful.
Life is easy, when you're up on the mountain and you've got peace of mind, like you've never known but things change, when you're down in the valley don't lose faith, for you're never alone.
For the God on the mountain, is still God in the valley. When things go wrong, He'll make them right And the God of the good times, is still God in the bad times. The God of the day, is still God in the night
You talk of faith when you're up on the mountain but talk comes so easy, when life's at its best. Now it's down in the valley of trials and temptations that's where your faith is really put to the test.
