8:00 AM Easter Sunday Mass -

Easter is the celebration of Christ's resurrection from the dead. It is celebrated on Sunday, and marks the end of Holy Week, the end of Lent, the last day of the Easter Triduum (Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday), and is the beginning of the Easter season of the liturgical year.

As we know from the Gospels, Jesus Christ rose from the dead on the third day following his crucifixion, which would be Sunday. His resurrection marks the triumph of good over evil, sin and death. It is the singular event which proves that those who trust in God and accept Christ will be raised from the dead.

Since Easter represents the fulfillment of God's promises to mankind, it is the most important holiday on the Christian calendar.

Christ is risen! He is truly risen! Alleluia! Alleluia!

Easter Vigil Mass -

Dear brethren, on this most sacred night in which our Lord Jesus Christ passed over from death to life, the Church calls upon her sons and daughters, scattered throughout the world, to come together to watch and pray. If we keep the memorial of the Lord's paschal solemnity in this way, listening to his word and celebrating his mysteries, then we shall have the sure hope of sharing his triumph over death and living with him in God. Amen.

Blessing of Easter Foods-

O God, through Moses, you directed the
Israelites to carry their sheaves to the
priests for a blessing. Hear our prayers and shower abundant blessings on us and on these assorted foods which we gratefully present to you in honor of your Son’s resurrection. Grant that we may find them remedy against sickness and a source of strength for our bodies. And may all the gifts you provide be a source of nourishment for our souls. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Good Friday - The Passion of Our Lord.

Jesus, I grieve that the torture and sorrow You endured on the cross were necessary to save humanity. You didn't want us enslaved to the lies of fear, anxiety, or sin—so You sacrificed Yourself so that Truth could win.
"It is finished" was a cry of victory, because You defeated everything that held us in captivity.
Because of Your sacrifice, I can experience new life. Thank You!
Show me how to stay rooted in Your Truth, and use me to reach the world You died to set free.
Amen.

Heavenly Father,

On this sacred evening of Holy Thursday, we gather in humble reverence to recall the Last Supper and the profound mystery of Your love. As we remember Your Son’s tender act of service in washing the feet of His disciples, help us to see the beauty in caring for one another with compassion and humility.

Lord, as we celebrate the institution of the Eucharist, we ask that You bless us with a grateful heart, open to the call of service and mercy. May Your life-giving presence renew our spirit and guide us on the path of true discipleship.

We pray with these intentions:

For unity in Your Church: that we may live as one body in Christ, sharing in the bonds of love and charity.
For the grace of service: to emulate Christ’s humility by caring for the poor, the lonely, and all who suffer.
For forgiveness and healing: that we may seek and grant forgiveness, restoring relationships with the light of Your mercy.
For a deepened faith: that the sacred mystery of the Eucharist may awaken in us a renewed commitment to live in Your truth.
Lord Jesus,

In this holy meal, where Your body and blood are given to us as a sign of everlasting love, strengthen our trust in Your promise. Let the simplicity of Your words and the power of Your sacrifice transform our hearts, inspiring us every day to follow in Your footsteps.

We ask all this in the name of Your most precious Son, Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever.

Amen.
