Rest isn't a luxury.. it's a NECESSITY to being the best mom you can be. To help incorporate more rest into busy days, consider adopting a few simple rest rituals. These small, intentional moments can make a big difference in how we feel throughout the day.
Morning Calm: Start the day with a few minutes of quiet prayer, reflection, stretching, or deep breathing before the hustle begins.
Lunchtime Break: Take a short break during lunch to step outside, sit in silence, or listen to calming music.
Evening Wind-Down: Create a bedtime routine that helps signal to the body that it’s time to rest—whether it’s reading, taking a warm bath, or dimming the lights.

This year as we are getting ready for the holiday season let's take some time to thank God for all he has blessed our families with and take this opportunity to give back and to be a blessing to a child in need.

This Event is posted to our Band App. Leave the kids at home and come out shopping with us as we each fill a shoe box for Operation Christmas Child. We'll Meet at the Kenosha Walmart to finish up shopping for and filling up our shoeboxes.
