Family Promise of Southern Chester County, one of over 180 local affiliates, was established in early 2015 after a year of planing and we intend to start operations September, 2015.Our VISION: Family Promise of Southern Chester County is committed to alleviating homelessness in Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania.
