River Family Church We are a group of believers who absolutely love God's Word and his presence. We teach the New Covenant as laid out in the New Testament.

We desire to help believers renew their minds to WHO they are "In Christ" so they can go out and share THE GOSPEL

'Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant: '

I Corinthians 12:1

God does not want us to be ignorant or misinformed about the gifts of the Spirit. They are vital for the life of THE church. It is time to stop shying away from them. Many times we shy away from them because of the abuses we see with others. Just because something is done wrong does not mean there isn't a right way to do it. We NEED the gifts of the Spirit in our lives. The word says to desire them! Let's start leaning in to the Holy Spirit. He is an amazing helper and he will help us understand and overcome any fears we may have. More to come...

The gifts of the Holy Spirit are a tremendous asset and tool for the believer in preaching the gospel to the world! We must learn about them (1 Corinthians 12) and utilize them to reach the lost and confirm the Word! Lean into the gifts not away from! More to come…
