My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth…He will neither sleep nor slumber…He will not let my foot slip…The Lord will keep me from all harm…The Lord watches over my coming and going…

Sometimes I’m up
Sometimes I’m down
Oh yes, Lord
Sometimes I’m almost to the ground
Nobody knows the trouble I’ve seen
Nobody knows but Jesus

PRAYER - Thank You Jesus for being our burden bearer and caring about us when we are overwhelmed with troubles and burdens.

KEEP GOING
2 Corinthians 4: 8 and 9…We are pressed on every side by trouble, but not crushed. . . We get knocked down, but we get up and keep going. . .

Micah 7: 8…Though I have fallen, I will rise…Though I sit in darkness, the Lord will be my light.
