Due to the forecast of accumulating snow and slick roads during the morning hours, we have decided to cancel the Foundations Sunday School Class at Goldtown Community Church on Sunday, January 19th.

Please pray for Linda Clay. She is the mother of Tammy Cantrell a teacher at Flinn Elementary. She went into the hospital with pneumonia last week and also ended up with the Flu. She had to be put on a ventilator. This morning at 930 they took her off of sedation but she hasn’t woken up at all and is not responding to anything. Please pray for Linda.

This morning our GCC Foundations Class filled Blessing Bags that we can distribute to help people who are in need of very basic items such as soap, toothpaste, snacks, etc. Thank you to Ashley Hall for the idea and for organizing this and thanks to Chelsea Lewis for designing and making our bags. Each bag also contained a hand written note of encouragement. We appreciate all of you who helped this morning!

Please pray for Carte Clendenin. He was in a fire accident and they are on their way to Cabell Huntington Hospital.
