Hello Everyone,
Sharing God’s Love would like to joyfully invite you to attend an awesome event that is coming to Karnes County. The name of the event is Unite Karnes County CommUNITY.
Since this past spring, God has broadened the scope of this event to include unity in Karnes County with a focus on community, or “Common Unity”. In a time of such division, frustration, and grief, we believe Father God is wanting our community to experience His transformational love to bring oneness, healing, and unity to our county.
The Unite Karnes County CommUNITY event will be held on Sunday, November 14th at the Karnes County Show Barn. The gates will open at 3:00PM and Todd Pierce from Riding High Ministries, will begin his Born Wild Gospel Presentation promptly at 4:00PM. Todd’s amazing gospel presentation involves demonstrating the power of God’s love through the unique talent of communication through a living, unbroken horse illustration. There will be Children’s Ministry sponsoring various activities for children, ages 5-10 years old, during Todd’s presentation. If you or someone you know has children in this age group, please notify us in advance so we can prepare the amount of supplies needed for the children. All Children’s Ministry volunteers are properly vetted through background checks to ensure the safety of all children involved.
Immediately following Todd’s gospel presentation, there will be live music, food vendors will be on site, and many of the churches in our county will be represented at various tables. The purpose of each church in our county having a table is to provide visibility for those in our county, to provide a church home to those who may attend the event who are not connected to a local church, and to provide opportunity for the churches in our county to connect with one another.
This will be an amazing time you won’t want to miss! We will have limited seating so please inform everyone you know to bring their own chairs to ensure they will have a place to sit, relax, and enjoy community. There will also be a prize given towards the end of the event, so we would encourage everyone to stay the entire time and enjoy the amazing fellowship and unity that is being experienced in our county.
