9/11 Community Open Prayer Room

In remembrance of the 25th anniversary of September 11, pastors partnering with Lunenburg County Ministries are coming together to provide a special time and space for our community to remember, reflect, and pray.

Location: Kenbridge UMC
Date: Friday, September 11
Time: 9:00–11:00 AM

The prayer room(the main sanctuary) will be open to everyone. Please feel free to come at any time during these hours for personal prayer and quiet reflection.
As we remember the lives affected by September 11, 2001, we invite you to join us in praying for our nation and for peace in our world.

All are welcome. Come, remember, reflect, and pray.

Kush Wilkinson Sunday School Dinner Fellowship

Week after week, the Kush Wilkinson Sunday School class faithfully gathers together to study God’s Word.

It was such a joy to gather around the table again and enjoy a delicious dinner together. The evening was filled with warm fellowship and lots of joyful laughter.

So thankful for this wonderful community of faith and for the steadfast faithfulness of everyone who continues to gather around God’s Word each Sunday!

Promotion Sunday

Last Sunday, we celebrated Promotion Sunday! We enjoyed a wonderful time of fellowship over a delicious breakfast and had the opportunity to celebrate and pray for all of our students as they move up to a new grade.

We are so thankful for everyone who prepared the delicious breakfast, for those who faithfully support our students through prayer, and especially for our wonderful teachers who faithfully serve them throughout the year.

May God bless each of our students as they begin this new school year and continue to grow in faith, wisdom, and love.

Last Monday, we gathered for the United Women in Faith Annual Salad Dinner.

Our guest speaker, Pam, shared her experiences and stories from her mission work in Cuba, giving us a deeper glimpse into the realities of ministry and the lives of local Christians who continue to hold onto faith even in seemingly endless challenges and difficult circumstances. Along with wonderful fellowship and delicious homemade food, Pam’s message opened our hearts and broadened our perspective on missions.
Thank you to everyone who prepared, participated, and helped make the evening so meaningful!
