Dear family and friends of Ariel Ministries,

On this day, October 12, 2022, the Lord has promoted Mary Ann Fruchtenbaum into His presence in heaven. Mary Ann was ready to go home to the Father, and we will miss her until we see her again.

Please continue to pray for Arnold and Mary Ann’s family and friends, as they grieve the loss of a beloved spouse, sister, and friend.

Memorial services will be held both in San Antonio, TX, and Keeseville, NY, on the Shoshanah Campus grounds, details forthcoming.

In lieu of flowers, Mary Ann requests that donations be made to the Ariel School of Messianic Studies Shoshanah Campus where the romance between Arnold and Mary Ann began and continued to the present day.

We need not wish Yehi Zichra Baruch (“may her memory be a blessing”) because Mary Ann's memory is already a blessing for her husband of 54 years as well as everyone else who knew and loved her.

Enjoy the lyrics of MA’s favorite song:
Oh, the Deep Deep Love of Yeshua
(Author: S. Trevor Francis)

O the deep, deep love of Yeshua!
Vast unmeasured, boundless, free
rolling as a mighty ocean in its fullness over me.
Underneath me, all around me, is the current of Thy love;
leading onward, leading homeward, to Thy glorious rest above.

O the deep, deep love of Yeshua!
Spread His praise from shore to shore;
how He loveth, ever loveth,
Changeth never, nevermore;
how He watches o’ver His loved ones,
died to call them all His own;
how for them He intercedeth,
watcheth o’ver them from the throne.

O the deep, deep love of Yeshua!
Love of ev’ry love the best:
‘tis an ocean vast of blessing,
‘tis a haven sweet of rest.

O the deep, deep love of Yeshua!
‘Tis a heav’n of heav’ns to me;
and it lifts me up to glory,
for it lifts me up to Thee.

Our branch in Italy created this beautiful image. On the right is Martina Pifferi Speciale, the wife of our branch leader. On the left is Silvia Valisano, one of the team members of Ariel Italy. Both ladies attended our Bible School in Keeseville, NY, this summer. Also in the picture are two of our favorite teachers: Mottel Baleston and Arnold Fruchtenbaum! The picture was taken in the lecture hall at the Shoshanah Campus.

Shabbat Shalom!

- From Ariel Ministries Shoshanah Campus Staff:

Dear Arielniks who love Ariel Ministries School of Messianic Jewish Studies at Shoshanah Campus:
It has been a while since I let you know what is going on here at Shoshanah Campus. The Lord has been so gracious to us. A good number of students have signed up for classes. Most of the staff needed for the summer program have been hired. There are a few who have volunteered to serve as well!
Lord willing, the children’s playground should be complete by the time Shoshanah Campus opens. We are so thankful for all the wonderful donors who helped make the new playground possible.
The following are projects you can pray for and if the Lord so moves you, contribute to….
• Our biggest project is the construction of the screened pavilion overlooking the beach. This pavilion would enable us to have fellowship time even in rainy weather and be protected from those pesky biting insects. The Sunday evening cookouts will never have to be cancelled due to bad weather. We would love to be able to break ground this year for the pavilion. Funds are available to lay down the foundation, but we still need to raise about $60,000 in order to complete the project. This is the last item that needs to be constructed and then we can move from construction to upkeep on campus.
• The Starks Dining Hall old freezers, refrigerators and six burner stove in the kitchen are failing. We would like to install a walk-in unit and new stove to have proper food storage and preparation. This will cost about $36,000 to bring to fruition.
Winter has finally passed and things are blooming again. We are looking forward to meeting so many “new-to-us” people coming to Shoshanah Campus this year. Praise God that He has provided a way for his children to be taught the Scriptures from a Messianic Jewish perspective! Dr. Fruchtenbaum and the other teachers who come to disciple believers from all over the world are a true blessing. Please join us in praying for those who come to the summer program; that they will grow in their faith and desire to serve Yeshua.

Shalom from Shoshanah Campus,
Joe, Cindy & Becky

Friends, this is a truly wonderful opportunity to allow more Bible Students in future years at the Ariel Ministries School in upstate New York. Please consider making this investment!

New Giving Opportunity!!!

An opportunity has come up that will provide a lot of new acreage to the camp property that will provide us all the acres we will ever need to finish all our goals.

Recently, the Fruchtenbaums have donated their property to the Shoshanah Campus but it is not directly connected to the Shoshanah property and will not allow us to build any more buildings on the property. Because it is an official State Park, we are required to have almost 50 acres for each principal building we wish to construct and at the present time we have done as much as we are allowed to do.

The asking price is $70,000.00. In checking with loggers, the logging will provide income of about $30-35,000.00. However, we cannot log until the property has been purchased. So, we ask our readers to pray about the matter, and if the Lord so leads, make a contribution designated for the purchase of the property. If not enough comes in, the funds will be returned to the donors.

Please send checks to:

Or call 518-834-6057 with credit card information

Below is a map of our current property, the donated property, and the land for sale.

Thank you for your consideration!

The book of Acts makes contributions to all thirteen categories of systematic theology. Regarding the doctrine of God the Father, Acts notes that He is not only the Father of the Messiah, but also of all humanity. He is the One who created the source of all humanity (Acts 17:23-31).
Furthermore, Acts teaches the faithfulness of God in fulfilling His promises (Acts 2:33-35; 13:23). He is the One who sent the Son (Acts 2:32; 13:23) and the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:4). He is the Creator (Acts 17:24) who exercises providential care (Acts 17:28), and He is the Preserver of the universe (Acts 17:28).
Finally, Acts emphasizes the sovereignty of God (Acts 17:26) and also deals with the issue of predestination/election (Acts 13:48).

What the Jewish Calendar calls 'Rosh HaShanah' is the Biblical Feast of Trumpets:

One more day till Rosh Hashanah (Yom T'ruah)!

Like all biblical feasts, Yom T'ruah also has prophetic significance. Dr. Fruchtenbaum writes in "The Feasts and Fasts of Israel":

The prophetic and Messianic significances of Yom T’ruah will be divided into two sections: the Hebrew Scriptures passages and the New Testament passages.

A. The Hebrew Scriptures

Insofar as the Hebrew Scriptures are concerned, the one passage where the prophetic and Messianic implications are spoken of is Isaiah 27:13:

📖 And it shall come to pass in that day, that a great trumpet shall be blown; and they shall come that were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and they that were outcasts in the land of Egypt; and they shall worship the LORD in the holy mountain at Jerusalem. 📖

This verse speaks of the regathering of Israel and mentions that a great trumpet shall be blown in relation to this event. The Hebrew word used here is "shofar," the same word found in the passages previously studied in conjunction with Yom T’ruah. The blast of the trumpet will be the signal for Israel to return to worship God in the Messianic kingdom. It will be the signal for her final return, and this return will take place sometime after the blowing of the trumpet. This point is important: The regathering does not take place before the trumpet is blown, nor does it take place during the blowing of the trumpet; it is only after it is blown that Israel will return. So, the significance of Yom T’ruah for Israel is her final return to God. This point will be understood better in conjunction with its significance in the New Testament.
