In January 2003, the ministry was co- founded by Victoriano Parilla and his wife Elgina who came to America in 2000 as an immigrant from Philippines and experience a humble beginning. With their own small resources and from friends they started their work of sending money to fund in evangelistic meetings, bible workers and missionaries, medical outreach and humanitarian relief in the Philippines.
In 2007, Victoriano and his family launched their first "Vacation with a Mission" trip to the Philippines by giving t-shirts, backpacks and first medical outreach involvement (Victoriano only planned to observe a medical outreach done by "SULADS" with Gospel Outreach and the Valencia Sanitarium and Hospital nurses, but because of miscommunication on their parts that none of the medical team showed up and I was volunteered to do the outreach) to indigenous tribe of Manobo. In September 2008 a successful Health Expo was held in Robinsville, New Jersey in collaboration with Robinsville SDA Community Church and Princeton Healthcare System. In 2009, the Parilla and another family had another mission trip, near Dipolog city in Mindanao with 60 baptism. Since then, with every other year the family and the ministry scheduled a mission trip to the Philippines and in May 2011 a team of 23 children and adults from Texas went to a very remote area of Mindanao, Philippines to provide medical outreach, humanitarian and doing evangelism and kid's ministry that resulted 200 people being baptized, glory to God! God Will Provide Ministries continues to be a faithful steward of the resources God afforded by its donors and staying true to its mission of service to the communities they served.
