Church Services Sunday, June 29th, in celebration of Saints Peter and Paul

St. George will be closed tomorrow. No service, no candles. The weather looks a bit tumultuous with morning snow changing over to freeing rain for most of the day tomorrow.

On Sunday, Feb 23rd, church will be open for prayer and candles from 10-11. Our next service will be on March 2nd.

I will take this moment to remind you of our 2 upcoming events:

Winter Luncheon in the Hellenic Hall – 12:00, Tuesday, Feb 18th (rain/snow date: Feb 19th) This is for anyone in our church community who would like to attend for lunch and fellowship! We're happy to give you a ride if you'd like. Email or call Andrea (603-209-0277) for a ride.

“Paddington in Peru” is coming to Keene. We would love to gather our kids to attend a matinee together as a church community. We're looking at Thursday, Feb. 27th. Stay tuned and we will nail down the date and time. (Parents DO need to accompany their children). Please be aware that this asks for Parental Guidance for children under 5 years old.

We will not be opening the church tomorrow (Feb 9) for candles and quiet prayer.

The snow will just be tapering off by 10 am and we will barely have started digging out.

Many of you are wondering if we'll have church tomorrow given the upcoming weather event.

Bad weather is not expected until around 4pm, so at this point, Father is planning to come, Edwina has a prepared luncheon, and we're full steam ahead.

IF for some reason, there's a drastic change and we need to cancel, it will be posted here as well as on WMUR. An email will also be sent to the list.

Susan Karalekas and Cornelius are heading to Uganda on a mission trip in early November.

They are hosting a free dinner at the Community Church of West Swanzey TONIGHT, October 3rd. Fr. Simon will be there, offering a prayer service at 5:30PM and dinner from 6:00- 8:00 along. Fr. Simon, Cornelius, and Susan will be there for informal discussion and will have a slide presentation and other information about our mission trip.
