Saint Stephen's parishioners start the school year with a blessing! All students, teachers and school staff are invited. Backpacks (and the like) will be blessed at all Masses: Saturday (Vigil) 5:00pm; Sunday 8:00am, 10:00am, 12:00pm, and 1:30pm(Spanish Mass). Bring your backpacks, laptop bags, etc.

The relics of St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, the “Apostle of the Sacred Heart,” are being welcomed at the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Newark. Public veneration continues today and tomorrow.

Today, Saturday, Sept. 5: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tomorrow, Sunday, Sept. 6: 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

🙏 A special Mass with Bishop Michael Saporito will be celebrated tomorrow at noon.

All are welcome to come and pray before the relics of St. Margaret Mary and take part in this historic opportunity at the Cathedral Basilica.
