El Shaddai Christian Youth Group Youth Group is the gathering of teens at El Shaddai Christian Fellowship. We meet Wednesday nights from 7 to 8 or 8:30pm. Ages 12 to 21 are welcome!

Do you ever have times where you pray and believe for things but don’t see the results you want? If you aren’t getting the results you know that the Lord has for you, maybe it’s time to consider a better way to pray. Many of us have been deceived into believing that prayer is all about persuading God to release His power. We believe that He can save, heal, and deliver, but we also believe that He is waiting on us to shape up and earn it. The truth is, we don’t deserve it and never will. But because of Jesus, all that God has is ours. That’s good news! We no longer need to beg or plead: we need to exercise the authority that He has given us and receive His blessings.

In Philippians 4:6, The LORD tells us not to worry—that we are to make our requests known to Him with thanksgiving. Today, many people are struggling with anxiety and worry.😰 If that’s you, know that you do not have to live this way. Your mind is YOUR mind—not the enemy’s. When you begin to feel anxiety taking over, refuse it and push it out by giving thanks to The LORD!
