This coming weekend we will be traveling to The East Texas Treatment Facility in Henderson Tx to Lead Worship and listen to 2 great speakers. There are around 2200 Inmates at the facility both Men and Women. We will be running 2 separate services to accommodate the men and women. We expect to have about 400 to 500 in each service. Please keep us in your prayers as we head to the facility that we can touch the lives of each inmate there. If you are interested in joining our team, send us an email or call us.

We also have a men’s group at our church in Athens Tx that meets every Sunday at 6pm if anyone is interested. 

We won the chili cookoff competition this weekend at the church. And a big shout out to my wife Miranda for helping me with the Chili.  We ended up losing the first batch of chili and a total of 20 pounds of meat was thrown away. But by 4:00 AM we had the second batch ready to go and ended up winning in the long run.
