Clarity Youth Ministry exists to encourage students and their families to participate in a life changing relationship with Jesus. We strive to be a part of a ministry that teaches and models a Christian life and that challenges students to live Christian principles in their lives today and in the future. We work together to provide a safe and accepting environment for students to gather while prov

Faith in the Field is a new recurring family and youth ministry initiative that invites participants to step beyond the church walls into museums, cultural events, community spaces, and everyday environments—and then reflect together on where God is present in what they experience. Rooted in the Wesleyan conviction that “the world is our parish,” Faith in the Field forms disciples through shared experience, guided theological reflection, and communal conversation, empowering families to practice faith together in real life.

Our first Faith in the Field experience for youth will be February 16 with a trip to the Houston Museum of Natural Science. We will tour some of the exhibits together and then have a conversation about how faith and science work together to help us see and more fully experience and enjoy the world around us.

We will meet at the church at 9am to head Downton and will be back by 3pm. Pack a lunch!

Cost is just $10/student, adult chaperones are free. Registration is now open- link in bio!

Parents/adults welcome as drivers and participants! A great chance for the family to enjoy a day out and have great conversations together.

Last night at youth group we talked about boundaries and how, following the example of Jesus, we can learn to set healthy boundaries for ourselves that help us to thrive and enjoy the things that matter to us.

Join us every Sunday night for dinner, small groups, and games from 5:30-7:30. You belong here!

Yes we have youth group this Sunday, Jan 18! You’ve got all day Monday for homework…come out hang out with your friends! We’ve got dinner, a group game, and a small group study on what it means to let go of something’s in order to be able to follow the good the stuff.

Annual Bonfire night with a new tradition this year! We made “let it go” plates by writing what we want to leave behind in 2025 on old plates and then smashing them! We shared together what we loved about 2025 and what we hope for in 2026.

One of the beautiful gifts of our faith is the way it binds us together as a family. What a blessing to be able to celebrate the start of a new year together and to be able to hope and pray for good things to come.

Getting everything built and ready for Trunk or Treat and Haunted House next week!! Thank you to all the extra adults who came to help tonight. So proud of how much time and effort our students have put into creating something awesome.

Students can text Pastor Becca for times to come by during the week to work on their spaces and we’ll all meet up on Saturday starting at 10am to get it finished. We’ll also be working after church until start of the event at 5pm on Sunday.

We need a new youth ministry t-shirt and we wanna see what you can come up with! Our Student Leadership Team is inviting all students to create a design for the tshirt and submit it to Pastor Becca by Sunday Nov 9. Our Youth group will vote on the winning design at our annual Friendsgiving meal on Nov 16!

The design will be printed on a heather sage color super soft t-shirt. You can submit either a hand-drawn or digital design.
