Everybody has problems. No matter how “perfect” life may look, we all experience moments when things don’t go according to plan.

This September, join Rez Kids as we explore God’s promises and the problems His people encountered on the journey to those promises!

Problems don’t mean God’s power isn’t at work. They can become opportunities to experience His power and grow our faith. James 1:2–3 reminds us that when our faith is tested, our endurance has a chance to grow.

Through stories like Joshua and Gideon, our kids will discover that God is faithful:

🙏 He hears us.
🧭 He leads us.
🌊 He makes a way for us.
💪 He gives us courage.

✨ Problems will come, but God’s promises remain.

On Sunday, September 20th, we will be presenting Bibles to our 3rd grade and older Rez Kids who have not yet received a Bible from Resurrection Katy. Please complete the form below to let us know whether your child has previously received a Bible so we can make sure every child who needs one is included. Today in Rez Kids, we learned an important lesson: God is enough! ❤️

After Cain built a city out of fear and tried to find safety his own way, another city was built—Babel. The people of Babel wanted to make a name for themselves instead of trusting God and His plan.

We learned that Cain tried to find safety his own way, and Babel tried to become great their own way—but both forgot that God is enough!

The kids had a blast recapping the story with a fun Bible trivia game, answering questions and earning prizes along the way! 🎉🏆

Our big takeaway: Listen to God. Trust God. Follow God.

Because God’s way is better than our way, and God is enough!

🌱🔬 Congrats to Team 1 for acing the Faith Lab Challenge and getting every trivia question right! 🎉 It was almost a tie—our kiddos did an amazing job!

Today in Rez Kids, we learned about the Parable of the Sower and how important it is to have hearts that are ready to receive God’s Word. ❤️🌱

At the end of the challenge, each child had the opportunity to plant their own seed as a special reminder to keep God’s Word planted in their hearts, allow it to grow, and produce good fruit in their lives! 🌻

Today in our Rez Kids Nursery, our youngest disciples learned that Jesus provides! 💙🐟🍞

Through the Bible story of Jesus feeding thousands with bread and fish, our little ones discovered how Jesus can take what we have and provide what we need.

They had fun stacking blocks to imagine just how many people Jesus fed, then wrapped up story time with a fun coloring activity to recap the lesson! 🧱🖍️
