Good Afternoon,

It has been an exciting year under the recently changed banner of MVMNT: A class for 20's! As we look back on what God has done, we also realize that it's good to take continued steps in a new direction! Sunday, June 4th we will take a few new step in a new direction!

First, We are going to see a leadership change. We are so grateful for all the hard work that Lamaur Joseph has done over the years as Director in Adjusted & MVMNT, but as his age continues to increase :) he is going to be moving on to begin a brand new class for singles 26+. Taking his spot on June 4th is Blake Carlson. Blake is new to our church and ministry and an ATM Graduate like Lamaur., Blake has been faithful to our ministry and we are exited about the skill set he will bring to leading our class!

Second, We are getting a NEW AGE BREAK DOWN! Starting June 4th, MVMNT will transition from all 20's to the specific ages of 22-25. We are doing this to open the door for a more specific community and to open the door for a brand new class for those 26+ which will be called The Loft.

Third, We are getting NEW TEACHERS! Starting June 4th, MVMNT will transition teaching to welcome Prentice Moore (Current discussion group leader in MVMNT) and Rebecca Mackey (current female worship leader at Underground). These two have been such a blessing to our ministry and we can't wait to see how God will use both of them in these new roles! Myself and Brent Bennett will still be a part of teaching in this class, but we will also be rotating around to some of the other classes!

Finally, we are getting a NEW ROOM! June 4th, we will permanently move our class to the newly refurnished Williams House (White Colonial Building on the I-10 side of the church). Not only will we get a new room and location, but we will be joining Surface (formerly known as Ethos), The Loft & Canvas bible study classes at the Williams House and sharing a very nice coffee and pastry bar!

We believe all these changes are going to make for an exciting NEW adventure together! Please mark your calendars, invite your friends and join us on June 4th for the exciting launch of MVMNT: a class for singles 22-25!

NOTE: We will not move rooms until June 4th, for now please continue coming to MVMNT on the 3rd floor in L-324.

MVMNT,

We are off to a great start with our new class, and we really hope you are enjoying it! We are currently gearing up for some exciting things this week and want to make sure you have all the details!

Thursday:
Underground (College & 20's Service) is currently offering Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University at no cost to you. (You must attend an Underground to receive the materials and see the video's) Their is no better time for us to get a proper grasp on our money then in our 20's!

Friday:
This Friday we are all heading to Main Event for our monthly class outing. I promise you don't want to miss this time of community and of course... COMPETITION!

Sunday:
I have been working extra hard on my lesson for this week and truly am PUMPED for what I think God has to say!! Grab a friend and plan to join us this week as we continue our series "In The Beginning" through the book of Genesis.

Incase you weren't able to make it to class last Sunday we announced the location for our FIRST First Friday event of the new year; Main Event!

So mark your calendars now for February 3rd and plan to get there at 7pm and be prepared to have some fun!
