Musician Needed – New Hope Baptist Church

New Hope Baptist Church located in Kansas City, Missouri is seeking a skilled, dependable, and spirit-led musician to serve our ministry. The ideal candidate must be able to play by ear, teach and train vocalists, and demonstrate versatility across multiple music genres.

We are looking for someone who is sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit, with a strong understanding of what is appropriate and conducive for praise and worship. The ability to properly develop voices, guide singers, and enhance the overall worship experience is essential. Dependability and faithfulness in attendance, preparation, and commitment to ministry are a must.

Qualifications include:
Ability to play by ear
Experience teaching and training voices
Knowledge of multiple music styles
Strong spiritual discernment in worship settings
Dependable and committed to scheduled services and rehearsals
