FAMILY & FRIENDS — AN IMPORTANT UPDATE ❤️🙏🏾

We want to let you know that our dear brother and friend, Dr. Phillip Pointer, will not be able to join us this Friday evening. Dr. Pointer has a Celebration of Life to attend for someone near and dear to his heart.

We completely understand and wholeheartedly support him being where he needs to be during this time. Some moments are bigger than schedules and engagements. Please join us in keeping Dr. Pointer, his loved ones, and the bereaved family lifted in prayer. 🙏🏾❤️

And CCC family, don’t worry — Dr. P will be coming to Kansas City via Christian Charity Church VERY soon. That matter is settled! 🙌🏾

As we cover my brother and friend in prayer, the celebration continues! 🎉

This Friday, we will still gather to celebrate 2 YEARS of Pastor & People, and we are excited to welcome some and introduce to others the preaching ministry of Pastor Mark Lewis, the newly elected and installed Senior Pastor of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas! 🔥🙌🏾

We are looking forward to a powerful night of worship, Word, fellowship, and celebration!

We still hope to see YOU this Friday night at 7:00 PM!

Come celebrate with us! God has been faithful, and we’ve got a reason to give Him praise! 🙌🏾🎉

✨🌟 SEPTMEMBER LEADER SPOTLIGHT 🌟✨

This month’s Leader Spotlight is extra special as we celebrate 2 AMAZING years of leadership, love, worship, and legacy from our very own Pastor Tre & First Lady Ina! 🎉❤️

For the past two years, they have faithfully answered God’s call and poured their hearts into the ministry—leading with vision, compassion, authenticity, and a genuine love for people.

🔥 Pastor Tre leads with bold faith and a passion for God’s Word. Through his preaching, teaching, prayers, and leadership, he continually challenges us to grow deeper, walk confidently in our purpose, and trust God through every season.

🎶 First Lady Ina serves faithfully as our Praise and Worship Leader, helping create an atmosphere where hearts are prepared, burdens are lifted, and people are drawn into the presence of God. Her worship, encouragement, and graceful leadership inspire others to serve freely, love genuinely, and pursue God wholeheartedly.

Together, they’ve helped cultivate a culture of faith, freedom, excellence, and authentic community—where people are encouraged to encounter God, discover their purpose, and make a difference.

Their impact goes far beyond the pulpit and the praise team. It can be seen in the lives they’ve encouraged, the faith they’ve strengthened, the relationships they’ve nurtured, and the family they’ve helped build.

As we celebrate their 2nd Pastoral Anniversary, let’s make some noise and show them just how much they are loved and appreciated! 🎊🙌🏽
