Rev. Dr. Antonio Settles will preach during our Opening Worship of the Annual Conference on June 8.

Rev. Settles currently pastors at St. Andrew UMC in Kansas City and is a native of St. Louis. He was formerly an Associate Pastor at Union Memorial UMC in St. Louis before co-founding the Union-Shaw Outpost Ministry with his wife, Rev. Linda Settles.

Rev. Settles has received the Denman Award for Evangelism from the Missouri Conference and the Civic Leadership Award from the St. Louis City Licensing Office. He also founded Spok-n4, Inc., a non-profit to teach life skills to youth and young adults, and Settles4theBest Ministries, which holds workshops and retreats focused on healthy relationships, with his wife. Rev. Settles has served as a certified relationship educator for the Healthy Marriage Initiative and currently serves on the Conference Board of Congregational Development and chairs the Kansas City caucus of Black Methodist for Church Renewal.
