The annual Board meeting has been set back this year until June due to COVID still hanging around.

Recently Dale Williams passed away. He requested that donations could be made to the Rock Springs Cemetery. To date we have received over $2000 in donations. This will help us maintain the grounds for nearly a year.

We received the interest on our investments. Also we have had about $1000 in donations from four families. We are in good shape for this year.

A little example experimental work on cleaning old head stones.

Using safe, non-destructive methods researched for cleaning and restoring molded, algae, lichen covered monument stones.

Thanks to the family in Canada for allowing me to initially clean these two stones. Time will tell as it further self cleans.

The annual meeting of the Rock Springs Cemetery Association met on Sunday, March 10, 2019 at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Ken Jennings.

Present were *John Robey, *Donnie & Sally Davidson, *Sonny Page, *Mike & Louisa Breshears & Taylor, *Larry Jennings, *Sarah Jennings, *Danny Crews, and Lucille Jennings.

Minutes from last year's meeting were read and approved. Financial statements were read and discussed.

Old business - Discussion on the erosion of Black Water and possible solutions. It was decided to remove the fill needed signs. Results of any stone cleaning efforts were discussed. Sonny donated a gallon of D2 biologic to the cause.

New Business - Only one new burial was made during 2018. We will stop advertising of Pet Cemetery from the paper and FB. We discussed what we might do for getting donations. John gave $100. We will continue our current lawn mowing provider. Voted to re-elect trustee for another term. All officers were re-elected. Larry will check on insurance. Sonny will check with the Corps of Engineers.
Others will try some stone cleaning.
