Spring garden work day is this Saturday at 10 am, 3/22.

Project list:
Clean up compost corner
Develop plan for shed doors
Trim tree branches
Clean up and inspect/repair fence
Hang hoses
Inspect/clean mowers and trimmers
Fill gas cans
Set Pest traps inside shed

I'll bring some hand saws for branch trimming and lawn bags.

See you all in a few days. Let me know if you want to work on any of the above tasks.

Greetings gardeners! It's warming up and getting closer to another great year of gardening. We'll have our annual Spring meeting next Saturday, 3/8/25 @ 10 am in the Fellowship hall of Gloria Dei.

We have one plot at the garden that hasn't been planted. It's next to Brian Pieper. Please do some weeding as soon as possible and get plant's in your plot. If you are not planning to plant, please let me know. We have folks on a waiting list that would love the space.

Happy New Year folks! I have had several inquiries from new gardeners looking to join. So, if younare not planning to return, please get with me (text me 816.344.9973 or email me [email protected]).

If you have not cleaned up your plot, please do so as soon as possible. I will send out another post with our annual Spring meeting and clean up usually the first weekend in March.

Greetings Gardeners. Great news! The garden plots have been marked and are ready for your green thumbs. If you aren't sure where your plot is, please reach out to Charles. He will have a plot map posted at the garden too.

At this point, we haven't planned a garden clean up date. So please take a look around your areas and remove any debris.

Let's plan for fall clean-up Nov 13th starting at 10 am. If weather gets in the way then the following weekend. All plots need to have any hardware removed. The plots need to be clutter free prior to plowing. If it's not windy, we'll plan to do some burning.
