Visitation Faith Formation invites you to Connect as we come together to reflect on our lives during the Lenten Season.

Lenten Small Prayer Groups begin the week of February 19 and come together once a week for six weeks. Let us know if you'd like to join a group, start a new group or if you are willing to be a group leader.

Please register by January 30 so we can adequately plan - call Peg Ekerdt at the church.

Our guest presenter, Fr. Mark McCormack of St. John the Evangelist Parish in Ft. Pierre, South Dakota, will discuss Praying With Sacred Images.

Thank you to all those who gathered for night two of the "Parish Retreat for Busy People." Thank you to parishioner Mark Thompson for the gift of his very personal reflection, and to RCIA Class of 2011 for providing hospitality. The retreat continues Wednesday morning with Mass at 8:15am, and Wednesday night at 7:00pm.

Day one of the Parish Retreat kicks off this morning. Evening service is scheduled for 7pm tonight. Sister Patricia Bruno, O.P. and Fr. Jude Sciliano, O.P. lead us as we experience The Word of God. Special reflection will be given by Paul Stucky.

Join us for "A Parish Retreat for Busy People." Take time to slow down and focus on what's important to us, both as individuals and as a parish community. This four-day retreat will be led by special guests Sister Patricia Bruno, O.P. and Fr. Jude Sciliano, O.P.

Come to one session or all sessions. Each day of the retreat will have a unique and different focus.

In his September 12, homily, Fr. Pat Rush invited parishioners to consider the search for the Chilean miners as a modern day parable for God's own persistence in seeking the lost and God's joy when the lost are found. As we witness the immeasurable joy last week in Chile and around the world, we give thanks for these human lives rescued, protected and cherished. Read Fr. Pat's homily under the "discussions" tab.
